Premature Grey Hairs

Hi everyone! I was just wondering if anyone else has been struggling with premature grey hairs due to PCOS? Its something that I’m really insecure about, I was wondering if there’s anything I can do to stop/combat this as I have around like 4 grey hairs (in the front of my hairline). I know I dont have a lot however I’m only 22 and would like to stop this before more grey hairs pop up. Any advice is helpful 🫶
