Stuck in "SSL Setup"

Now that my site cert is expired I need go through a new SSL Set up. But it doesn't load. I just get a loading icon. I've tried it a few time, including incognito. Eventually, it returns an error and to try again.

When I click try again, it asks for my domain name and agree to the subscription and it goes no further. It had no problem taking my money, but now I can't use the service.
