Visiting for KOL and ZB

My brother and I are flying in to see KOL and ZB 11-13th.

We had an AirBNB on Whiskey Row but they decided to cancel on us just now (Totaly BS).

So we are scrambling for a hotel/AirBNB any suggestions where to stay?

We had hoped to walk to things, now I assume we will ubering in from airport area so any direct locations to check out be very helpful.

Arrive Saturday morning, day of show so have a couple hours to do stuff, have Sunday to enjoy the city (bars/resturants/breweries) then fly out late Monday (prob time for a breakfast in morning). Thanks
