Art sci Vs Life sci at McGill as a premed

I got into Mcgill life sci and art sci, I want to do med but I'm nervous about my GPA in life science. Is artsci a good idea or would I regret it as a premed program? I love humanities courses and sciences equally but I really want to do med.
