Firefox extension "Installation aborted because the add-on appears to be corrupt."

I can't install the Firefox add-on because of the error in the title. I'm certain it's the right add-on: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/proton-pass/ . What gives? Anyone else encountered this error? I tried downloading the extension and installing it manually but that didn't work either.
