Dawn of the Dead 4k Second Sight release

I’m a big fan of the original Dawn of the Dead. I’m thinking about purchasing the UK release. Before making that decision, does anyone know if there’s a chance this will get a release in the US? I know this film has had weird rights issues. An arrow or criterion release would be amazing.
