2004 Toyota Avalon XLS with 111,060 miles for $5,588. Good deal?

Bad sides are that it's at a dealership and was in two minor accidents, however both seen to have only caused cosmetic damage (and have since been fixed) based on the CARFAX report. Looking to buy a first car, just don't want to go the hour out to the dealership for nothing. Thanks!
