Anyone else experiencing a crazy bulk detonator spawn rate?

Ever since this season started, I am getting insane bulk spawns every mission, on Haz 5, I get about 5-15 bulk detonators per mission. I have no mods or mod files on my PC like spawn control or SSG. My friends and I, no matter who hosted, would get this insane bulk spawn rate. Has anyone else been experiencing it? Maybe they changed something, this is my first time playing in probably 2 years.
