1 month electricity bill arrears 3 years ago- would it impact on my mortgage application?

The broker pointed out that some lenders would decline.

But I don’t even remember why I have arrears.

Would it be the reason to decline my mortgage?

The total mortgage amount is only a year of my annual gross income.
