Hi guys, I'm offering my private room (with closet) in a spacious 3br/1b house in Jamaica Plain and only 5 mins walk from MBTA orange line with a flexible move-in date April 15/May 1st till August 31st 2026.

The house is very spacious with a large kitchen and is shared between chill final year northeastern grad students. The locality is very calm and pretty during the summer.

I'm willing to offer the essentials (cookware, mattress, table, chair and carpet) for free if asked.
