Good places for top surgery in LA?

I am a self pay client (unfortunately… thanks HMO plan!) and looking to get top surgery in the LA area. Hoping to go private clinic since that seems better self pay wise annnnd hospitals have crazy wait times. But I’m not from here and all of these places look scary. Any advice?
