How bad is chapter 13?

I’m in Georgia and a single income household, I had a medical issue last year and then my hours and income got cut in January and I’m now delinquent on all my credit cards and personal loan - I have stayed up to date on student loan payments and my car. I’m starting a new job but would have to work pretty much 6 days a week every week for the next 5 years to try and do a debt management program or I’ve looked into chapter 13 bankruptcy. I make too much to apply for chapter 7. I’m worried that for the next 7 years I won’t be able to move - I’m in an apartment, open credit just in case of emergencies, save money (which I wouldn’t be able to do anyway I guess). I don’t know chapter 13 just makes me nervous, and most people seem to be filing chapter 7. So just looking for chapter 13 advice, success stories or whatever. Thanks!
