Stardoll genuinely feels like a dead game now and I swear the support is probably just bots

So here’s my situation in a nutshell: I’ve tried multiple times to recover my old account. The first reply I got asked for the same information I had already provided and somehow still claimed it was not enough to verify ownership. Then I sent the same details again, this time in a much more annoyed tone, and got the exact same reply again, down to every single letter and punctuation. Now I’ve sent everything for a third time. I do not even know what they will send back next, but it will probably be the same copy paste message.

At this point it really feels like nobody is even reading the support requests. Honestly it seems like there is no human left in any customer facing team there. And probably there is no actual support team, just some bot sending the same message on loop until people get tired and give up. Svea? Come on a huge joke! Why are you sending me the same response over and over when the requested information is already there in my previous message? Because you probably do not even exist and this is just a bot reply. There is no way a real person reads all that and still sends back the exact same thing every single time. Nobody can be that incompetent.

I am pretty convinced there is no human soul left in this company and they have completely given up on the game. Everything around it feels abandoned, dead game, dead support, probably just a bunch of bots doing the talking. Who would even spend money on a game like that now? There is barely anything new, everything feels frozen in time from 15 years ago and it does not feel like there are any actual developers behind it anymore.

And this is not just some random account I want back for fun. It is literally s huge part of my childhood. They deactivated it with zero notice. I was not super active, sure yeah, but I still logged in every couple of months just to check my account and scroll around for a few minutes. And they still deleted it without even warning me first, honestly they just took all the money I had put into it and erased the account.
