CableMatters 2m Active TB5 cable...is TB4 actually ?

Hello,

I got a 2m Active TB5 cable from Cable Matters on Amazon, and used my friend's power z tester and it shows it;s a TB4 Active cable and not even TB5 !

Is this expected ? or it's a problem with the cable reader. The mentioned supply is odd as 20V but i can charge my MBP to 140W 28V/5A !

So not sure if this the cable or the reader. I did against the Apple one and clearly states TB5. (last photo).
