What should someone do when their 5 year relationship gets broken and their partner was made to marry someone else in front of them?

TL;DR- NEED MOVE ON ADVICE

me 25 M was in a relationship since I was 20 and it was a serious relationship and we both were happy and wanted to get married to each other and we were sure of it

and when the time came we both tried to convince our parents but her father did not agree and made the arrangements with someone else...the so called arrange marriage

and she resisted till the end but the father made it all about his honour and respect in the society and made her get married

now after 10 days of her marriage she called me again she is not happy and its not worth it but can't do anything coz of society's pressure

and now when I was in no contact for 10 days I was overwhelmed and everything was happening to me

and now I don't know what to do?

I am just at a cliff with nowhere to go
