We have completed our investigation into the potency discrepancy regarding the blue raspberry tabs originally tested at 59mg.

After contacting our lab, Cora Science, for a full review and retest, they identified an error in their initial preparation process which led to inaccurate potency results being reported to us. Consequently, it has been confirmed that the tabs are of a lower potency than originally stated.

During this review, they discovered that the 27.3mg Strawberry Lemonade tabs were also of a lower potency than originally reported.

In light of these mistakes, they are implementing additional quality control measures and corrective actions within their lab to prevent future errors.

We understand the importance of accuracy and consistency, and while this error originated at the lab level, we take responsibility for the products we bring to market. To make this right for our customers, we are offering a credit of 50% of the original purchase price for both affected products, which can be applied to a future order.

To receive your credit, please email tabs@labdirect7oh.com with your order number(s). If you do not have your order number, you can provide the name used on the order and we will locate it for you.

We appreciate your patience and support while we worked to resolve this issue.  We deeply value our customers and the trust you place in our products, and we remain committed to upholding that trust
