My avtenton level 2 ebike isn't working and support isn't helping...

Bike repair question

I am a owner of an Aventon - Level.2 Commuter Step-Over eBike. It was working flawlessly for a long time besides some squeaky breaks everything was fine and perfect for my needs of traveling short distanceaces quickly, but one day something changed. I was riding up a hill getting home and as soon as I pulled up on my driveway the headlights flashed on the screen shut off for a split second then a audible pop. In fear of thermal runaway I disconnected the battery immediately. And left the battery outside. Thankfully nothing happened.

After about an hour I started trying things. The batteries indicator light appeared fine. So I figured it was the terminals disconnecting due to it being dirty. I cleaned it with isopropyl alcohol with a q-tip and waited the next day to finally try it out and see if anything was wrong. The next day I got ready for work and I put the battery in and attempted to power my bike on. Nothing happened. Panicked I tried again and again. Still nothing happened.

One day it powered on again randomly gave a error 22 then after a bit power off and it hasn't powered on again since. threw this I have been talking to support. Nothing I do helps. I have replaced the controller, most of the wires, and the throttle. All did nothing. They want me to get to a bike repair place but I have no way of getting there at the moment.

Ive noticed that there are marks on the battery terminal like the metal was sparking. My theory so far is that the motor or something is short circuiting and then setting the battery to some kind of protection mode but I don't know.

Threw all of this I have been having health problems due to a genetic condition and it has been making all of this very difficult to work on due to low energy, but I am dedicated and need to fix this for my work commute.

So yeah. I was just hoping you all may be able to help.
