Interior/Inside Condensation

All of a sudden my car fogs up on the INSIDE and has little droplets over the whole interior windshield. I checked all the carpets and they are completely dry. I don’t think it’s AC since that’s only on when the defroster is on and it’s still really cold here. It only happens during cold mornings. I see no water coming in anywhere.

If anyone has gas experience taking it to the dealer for this problem, was the dealer able to fix even if it’s not reproduced on the day you bring it?
