Ultrasound physics

Does anyone have any study tips for ultrasound physics? I hear a lot of other students say sononerds. is she really effective?

I’ve tried to study just the book and slides but I feel like I’m lost. it’s only my second day and I have a quiz on chapter 1,2,and 3.

any tips and advice will help!
