Love this pen, it's shaped like a Montblanc 149, but much bigger with a soft writting size 9 steel nib. A gold nib would be nice but i think i saw only some expensive one's in that size or size 10, they cost 500 USd (maybe some of you have advice where i could find a reasoned prized one for this pen?).

I always wanted a urushi fountain pen without this cartridge/converter systems. but i only found some limited edition leonardo pens which are always sold.

So i'm thinking about letting some urushi artist lacquer my Junlai 930 with urushi. But it's expensive and than i would have to trust the skills of the artist.

maybe you have some advice if this is a good/bad idea or know some urushi artist who sells fountain pens with the filling mechanism i like.

After saving money for long i got one of the "cheaper" Danitrio pens, i love the nib it is sooo beautiful and has character writing it. but they only have converter or eye dripper ones. The dripper ones would be interesting, cause you can control the wetness of the writing, and fill them directly, but they are all too pricy with the bigger nib.

The mentioned one i ordered on urushipen.com and cause they sent from US i had to pay 350€ import fees/tariffs on top of the high pen price. this made me really sad, is there no other seller in europe or asien?

You can always contact me with every advice ore if you want to exchange ideas about pens, i would appreciate every good conversation!!

Got a Jinlai 930, it's huge!
