"Reduce Teammate Visual Effects" prevents you from seeing other players' shadowgrapher art.

I'm taking care of 2 baby tennos and one of them was streaming their screen and we were going mad trying to figure out why they couldn't see my custom shadowgrapher art. Turns out turning on "Reduce Teammate Visual Effects" displays the default scribbles when a Follie summons an item. Maybe I'm just dumb, but I didn't think it would disable it, considering that it's only visible for a split second. If this is intended, could we have a toggle for it like we do for Octavia?

Also can we have another toggle so we can still see other players' energy colour but keep the reduced VFX like we did before? Pretty please DE :3
