Looking for In person interview advices

apologies for the wall of text!

currently on my 3rd round interview for a program manager role. this is my first "non junior" role and on paper I have all the qualifications. my screening interview and 2nd interview went really well but I'm not used to doing so many interviews as It is my second time applying to a job that is not entry level and actually getting so far in the hiring process. I bombed an in person interview some weeks ago because it was my first time doing this and I don't want to fuck up a second time because the job market is terrible and I hate wasting people's time(and mine). I expect something similar to the one I bombed because I asked HR and they told me it would be scenario and context specific questions about the role, with the CEO, and the other 2 director, Wich is exactly the interview I got and failed miserably at 3 weeks ago. I now understand a bit more what they're about and how to answer, I'm neurospicy and I tried to come up with the perfect answer in a place where there's no perfect answer so I failed miserably because I didn't understand they were looking to see how you'd react, reach out and think about different kind of process. But they only asked like 3-4 questions like: if you had to apply to a government call for tenders tomorrow where would you start? or "if we received 500k$ tomorrow what would you do with it".

looking back, without the pressure and stress of an unknown situation I know how to answer those and would ask questions, but I also know I can't simply return them questions back and have to also provide some insight on how I think. what I'm mostly looking for is example on what are the kind of question to expect so I'm not blindsided like in the first interview I bombed and how you're expected to answer when you don't know the company and it's inner workings. also wondering what makes you stand out in these kinds of interviews, I'm very good at standing out in screening interview because I'm direct and transparent but talking to HR and to actual director is not the same. Help me prepare for this interview because it's the only thing standing in the next step of my career!
