Looking for an anime! TW: pedophilia

Weeks ago I was looking for anime that handled the themes of sexual harassment, grooming and pedophilia well, with respect. Some examples I know are Gachiakuta, Now and Then Here and There, (even if it doesn't have an anime yet) Witch Hat Atelier, etc.

When I was looking for a specific scene of Now and Then, I came across another anime but I just can't remember the name of the anime. I know it looked somehow modern and the setup was modern too. It felt a little moe but not too much, it reminded me to Love Live. The color palette was pretty normal and bright.

The protagonist of this scene was a little girl (it was a flashback) with long blue hair and, iirc, she was wearing the elementary school uniform, which was also a blue dress with a white shirt? The thing was that her mother was single until she found this man. I don't remember if they say the name of this man, but you can't see his face. From the first second the girl meets her mom's new boyfriend, she doesn't trust him, she feels how weird he is around her. There's even a moment where she avoids going home and tried to stay at a friend's house most of the day.

One day, the mother goes on a work trip and leaves the girl alone with her boyfriend. I believe this is the moment when she avoids going home and only goes there to have dinner and sleep. At almost the end of the scene, she tried to go to bed without the man noticing, but he does and asks her for a hello kiss. He grabs her face and kisses her on the mouth. The girl describes how his tongue moves on her mouth and that disgusts her. When the assault is over, she goes running and I believe she goes throw up on the bahtroom.
