Considering a move to Delhi Township in Cincinnati — any advice?

I’m considering moving to Delhi Township, Ohio and wanted to get some honest feedback from people who live there or know the area well.

How is the overall safety in Delhi Township? Are there any areas I should avoid? Also, how are the public schools are they generally good in terms of academics, teachers, and environment?
