Regarding Competitive

Placed last season in plat after a grueling experience in solo queue. this season my placement matches were AWFUL. Two out of my four games I had a teammate leave leaving me in low gold. There was absolutely zero toxicity just the player didn't want to play. Literally had a guy type "Nah im good actually gl yall" and leave. Why am I not at least refunded a placement match or mitigated some experience for that? Other than that gotta say the new season is actually really fun.
