Every Possible Expansion Team and their Division

:Message: | Discussion

I'm not including the Expos, since they already have history with the NL East.

Austin, NL West or South: The AL has both Texas teams, so the NL needs to put Austin in their jurisdiction. I'm unsure how to work this out due to trying to squeeze either the Rockies or the Diamondbacks into either or to make it work.

Buffalo, NL East: Similar to how Toronto is a companion to the Yankees, a team in Buffalo can be a companion to the Mets.

Charlotte, NL South: Using the Carolina Panthers for reference cuz I'm bored.

Portland, NL North: I came to this conclusion because of how the Mariners are already in the AL Division, and I'm also using the Portland Trailblazers for refrence, as they're classified as part of the NBA's Northwest Division

Nashville, AL South: I realized that the only Southern US team the AL has are the Rays, so Nashville could help them in this market.

Orlando, NL South: Unless the Rays move here, this makes sense since Tampa and Orlando are close by.

Raleigh, AL South: Somebody has to fill Raleigh's shoes, and it's likely the AL.

Sacramento, AL West: The NL has most of California under its roof, so let's fill the void the A's are leaving behind with Sacramento.

Salt Lake City, AL West: Like the South, the Mountain West area is somewhere that the NL has more teams in that region than the AL, so SLC helps tips the scales.

Vancouver, NL North or West: Similar to Portland, this will balance out the Mariners in the Northwest, although I don't know if they'll be put in the West with the Cali teams or with potential Northern teams like Milwaukee.
