Are chipseal roads better in the wet or something? more roads are being converted to chipseal
feel free to correct me in the name of safety; but the asphalt that already exists was smooth and reliable, still plenty grippy enough for even an old shitbox on wheels. didnt need to be repaved or dug up to then cover it in chipseal. seems like a bit of a downgrade for most of the roads in the burbs that are getting upgraded for the sake of it. meanwhile most of the actual pothole ridden roads that people have been complaining about still don't get touched for years and could do with a repave. what it looks like. can't figure out, thats a mystery
