Best Mini PC for Emulating Up To PS3 Games?

I currently have a pi 5 that can run up to N64 and PS1 games, but even those chug when I try using 2x native resolution. Does anyone recommend a Mini PC that can run original Xbox, 3ds, and PS3 games pretty well? I have heard some good things about the SER5, but willing to go more expensive if the games can run at a noticeable better resolution and/or smoother than the SER5. Thanks!
