VX Tuning a scam??

Ordered some Mk4 LED headlights back on 12/25/25. ETA then was late Feb2026/and early Mar2026.

I know these things can take time due to the parts needed and the worlds current climate. Fast forward to today and now it's all pending orders sent out by late March 2026, at the latest.

I've emailed twice. Called 4 times (left a voicemail), replied to a FB post about said headlights, and DM'd the main guy directly. No responses whatsoever..... Getting ready to dispute the charge and get my money back.

what gives with this company??
