Tips for organization

hello, i am learning japanese and i find my layout very messy and im struggling to make an effective schedule so i can actually gain progress in japanese.

i want to learn more kanji and memorization, im already familiar with hiragana and some katakana. but i feel like im not as familiar with hiragana words rather than kanji. im not asking for a super quick method but i do want to learn methods that help with fluency and memorization.
