Breast Explant

Hi guys,

I got breast implants a few years ago. I love them—they look amazing, and I haven’t had any issues with them. But for the past couple of years, I’ve had this feeling that I want them removed.

My sister and best friend advise me to keep them because they look nice (which they do). But I don’t know why I have this feeling—I just don’t want something foreign inside my body anymore. Even though I got the smallest size, I can still feel them. They’re not heavy, but I’m still aware of them.

I also have a bigger lower body, so it feels like my upper and lower body don’t match. I gained weight after getting the implants, and I now have more natural breast tissue, but the proportions still feel the same. I wear size L for pants and M for tops.

If I remove them, I guess the proportions might feel even more different—but that’s nothing a good bra couldn’t fix.

What are your thoughts? I’d love to hear from people who’ve had a similar experience.
