How does the online ticketing at Queensgate Cinemas work?

I can't find anything on the website about how the ticket will be delivered to me. Is picking it up there/giving my name an option? Or do they make you download a stupid app/require a smartphone or something?

My phone is very nearly a dumb phone and I don't want to spend 35$ on a ticket I can't use because I can't download a specific thing.
