In ground pool auto cover

I am having a 9'x21' in ground pool installed in Arkansas. We live near the woods, so we get a lot of leaves and small critters. What's the best in ground auto pool cover? What covers should I stay away from? Any reccomendation on a pool builder in North Arkansas?
