Help with an Episode!

Since SVU has been on for sooooo many years and since all the "Law and Order" shows are so similar in style, I'm not even positive this is an SVU episode. I'm trying to find an episode where the killer is revealed to be an elderly woman. She's either a Paula Deen/Martha Stewart type who is the CEO of an eponymous company selling food products or she's the owner of a very fancy (probably) Italian restaurant. All I remember is that she's very rich, old, diminutive, and an immigrant. I can't remember if she was played by a special guest star or an obscure actress. Does this ring a bell to anyone? I tried searching using "old lady villain" for the keyword but it just showed Angela Lansbury, Carol Burnett, Jane Alexander, etc.
