Need movie title!

Ive been trying to find a movie I remember watching when I was a younger. I remember a kill scene in the woods where the killer jumps a dirt bike over a guys face. The ending involved a women waking up on a coach by the fire and the killer is making dinner. Then she gets tied to a chair and they’re eating dinner and she tries to grab a knife, but he notices and later stabs her in the leg with it and throws her down the stairs while she’s still tied to a chair. Can anyone remember this movie?
