Prepaid lease

Has anyone done one of these to completion, specially with solar top financial?

They are essentially saying the $14.5k battery will be a prepaid lease at $11k. At 6 years you can do an FMV buyout. I assume this isn’t going to be a $1 buyout. My fear is it’s going to be more than $3500 and negate the deal.
