Verification problems

I finally won and am almost silver , I went to redeem and they said I have to wait 4 days for my documents to be verified… is that normal? I messaged them to know more no answer… I never had to wait this long before any where else

They wanted a date on a document and said government stuff works okay . Showed them a letter from social security they went dark. What do I do?
