Never did Elle think something as simple as a letter in the mail could scare her. But there she was, in her kitchen, half-sorted pile of mail on her lap. Frozen in place, postcard in trembling hand, a look that could only be described as terror on her face. Right at the top, in bold, almost offensively large letters- Oakville High Class of 20XX Reunion.

Elle continued to stare at it, trying to ensure she was seeing this right. It was… that was her graduating class. And she was \*originally\* from Oakville. But it’d been so long since she’d moved away… and on that matter, how did they get her address? She purposely stayed out of alumni groups and never kept in contact with anyone. Once she had graduated and entered college, she effectively became a ghost to Oakville. It was as if the spectre of her time in high school was following her everywhere she went, no matter how hard she’d try to escape it. It’d been a good year or so since she’d last been reminded of those four miserable years, but like the changing of the seasons, the reminder of this seemed inevitable.

The shock subsiding a little, Elle studies it with a shaky hand. It provided fairly basic details, as far as an invitation went. It wasn’t addressed to anyone specific, and carried the crest of the school on it. Would it be a school-sponsored event in that case? Maybe that’s how they had… but even then… She shakes the thought away, focusing more on what was actually in front of her. At least if it were an official event, it wouldn’t carry with it any sort of prejudice against her. No “invite her just to make fun of her,” no ostracizing, nothing that she was all too used to. Though the people would be the same.

It’d been five years at that point. People change, and lord knows Elle did, but… How much could they really change? They were wolves, jumping at any sign of weakness. You’d try to act indifferent, and they’d fuck with you for being indifferent. You’d show emotion, they’d ridicule you. She’d quickly learned to make herself as small as possible, quiet, out of anyone’s way, but even that would draw its own ire. Being trans didn’t help either— she was never out, but it was as if they had some sick sixth sense for picking up on shit to torture her about.

Her vision focuses back on the postcard, fingers releasing their grip a little as the cardstock bends to their shape. The fact that it was likely a school-sponsored event makes her consider it for a bit. Nobody knew anything about her since the day they left those halls behind; it could be like… a do-over. Reinventing herself, redeeming herself in some sick way. Some stupid, glow-up revenge-fantasy. And though she had cast it all off years ago, there were still some decent folks. Ones she regretted having to leave in her past, even if she didn’t exactly consider them friends.

Elle checks the date. It was in a month, at an address that seemed all too familiar. Confirming online, it seemed to be hosted at the school gym. She continues to read the invitation.

“Holy crepe! It’s been cinq years since the class of 20XX had their sorite from the halls of Oakville High! So, we invite you for a simply in-Seine reunion night, themed after Paris at night!”

Elle rolls her eyes, and then stops for a moment. Why did she even care so much, what did she have to prove? She’d left it all behind for a reason. Yet here she was, giving it more than a second of consideration. Her head was filled with scenes of her being a badass, showing up and looking like she was off the red carpet, really “teaching them all a lesson.” It seemed even this far-off fantasy could be enough to sway her.

A month later, Elle sits in her car, dressed in a Parisian-inspired outfit, checking her makeup in a compact. She smiles at her reflection in the dim light and becomes painfully aware of her braces. Five years out of high-school and still in braces. For a glimmer of a moment, she sees herself in the mirror. Not herself right now, but her past self. Shorter hair, acne, a general look of… dissatisfaction? Her expression fades into that same downtrodden look she was seeing on her past self. Leave it to this moment for her to feel doubts. Her present reflection fades back in, though, revealing how she looked at the moment. Maybe still a little acne, but… more life in her face. Long hair, softer features. Smiling. She finally steps out of the car.

“It was just a high-school reunion, nobody will recognize you…” She mutters to herself.

Despite her self-reassurance, every step felt heavy, like she was walking herself to death row. The doors, adorned with random French-themed decorations, were unmanned. No doorman, nobody to open the place up and force her to step in. She had to open it for herself, make the choice to walk in.

And she did. And the music playing softly over the speakers flooded into the parking lot for a second before the doors slammed shut. And she was then finally met with someone. A classmate she barely remembered, sign-in sheet in hand. A greeting, a pen handed over, a clipboard. Elle’s eyes scan the list, and… fuck, they had her new address but couldn’t get the name right? Some reunion this was. An awkward glance is exchanged as she signed under her deadname, and she’s escorted in by a man with a comical handlebar mustache and derivative French waiter outfit. The whole thing was a little tacky, but she figured that was always the case with these “themed” things.

In the gymnasium proper, Elle’s eyes scan the crowd. Didn’t see anyone she particularly cared for, and nobody seemed to have recognized her. Yet. More doubt in her stomach, was it even worth it? Would they care? She wanders around, settling by the “French punch" table. The fur on the back of her neck started to stand on end as she felt like someone was watching her, someone had… recognized her. Is that even possible?

And through the crowd comes Luna.

Hello! And thank you for reading this far. If you just skipped ahead to this part, shoo! This aint for you!

I hope you enjoyed that little snippet! This was an idea I’ve had in my head for a little bit, and I kinda just went a little overboard with it, the exposition, etc.. buuuuut I wanted to set the character/plot idea up! I’m looking for an awkward trans girl (your character!) who, despite wanting to completely forget high school, accepts an invite to a five year reunion. There, she’s recognized and approached by… well, that’s up to us! Could be a former bully? Maybe someone who was indifferent to the harassment? Maybe someone who kind of kept her company, supported her through the bullying? A crush, someone who crushed on her, ideas galore! That’s all up to us! I was thinking we design my character based on whoever you want them to be, I have refs aplenty for any gender and character idea. And, of course, your character does not need to be named Elle! I just needed a name for my little sample, Y/N or Y/C just felt awkward. The refs on this post would be your refs!

Obviously, I’m seeking a little bit more of a detailed writer for this. The sample here is a little longer than my typical response, but somewhere around this range is how much I can write, and how much I’d like you to be able to write. I write in third person, and would prefer you did as well! Creative partners are very much appreciated here, this dog loves planning out the details of a roleplay, wrrruf! I was thinking something a little longer-term for this, but all that can be discussed in DMs.

And, here’s my kink list!

For things I’d like to include for this, definitely really large penises! I’d love to get absolutely streeetched by the cutie from the post, and have a sloppy makeout with a nerd girl with braces. Please come with your list ready!

Anyways, I hope to hear from you soon if this caught your interest! Toodles! :3
