VFS Visa slots (Mumbai)

I recently got an admission in a public university and trying to get a student visa slot since a week (with APS sub-category), but all the slots are full or no slots available. Is there anyone facing the same issue?? The site say the slots are released at regular interval but still I can’t see any, does anyone knows the time of slot release ?? Any advices from the people who have already got a slot abt how can I secure the slot for myself as the university has given deadline to be at the university by 30th April
