What the hell has happened to Television?

We went from a 22 episode season every year to now 10 episodes every 2 years, like what the hell and even worst we don’t even get 100 plus episodes nor 10 seasons anymore. It’s all at most 3 seasons and maybe 50 if we are lucky like seriously what the damn hell!!!
