Has anyone noticed an aggressive ramp up of dynamic pricing?

The past few days if I put an item in my cart or save for later even the next day when I go to purchase it increases in price but only for me. If I use a different device and account or go incognito mode I see the initial price but on my account it is now set to a higher price.

This price does not show up on their price history tool and the ai rufus isn't capable of seeing the price in my cart only the price it should be.
