Is it possible to make an officer in crisis become content without therapy?

I am trying to go for the 2 achievements exclusive to iron man mode, just finished buy cheap buy twice and 4 of my officer are in crisis. Sent 3 of them to therapy but the other one I don't know how to make content. Do they automatically resign after the next mission I play regardless of if it is S rank or not?
