Looking for a Female Roommate

Hi! I’m 25F looking for a roommate to share my 2bed/2.5bath near downtown Decatur, Kirkwood, and Oakhurst. Move in around late June/ early July, can probably be flexible. Only considering female roommates!!

Rent is currently 1050 + utilities, and you’d have your own private bathroom. Offsite parking is a huge plus and the apartment is two floors so we only have side neighbors (who are nice & quiet!). The landlord does allow pets.
