different latency on quick play / comp

I normally average around 35 ms on both modes, today I played a few quick play games on my normal latency and them hopped on comp where I played 3 games in a row at 150 ms. I also play on the middle east servers. this has happened for the first time ever today. anyone else experiencing this rn?
