What if Kate was pregnant?

I’m watching invincible before reading the comics so idk if this happens, but if Kate clones herself while pregnant, would her clones also be pregnant? I thought of this as a solution to the Viltrumites population issue. I know it wouldn’t be sustainable due to inbreeding, but in the short term it would work wonders. Any thoughts?
