Is Buisness and marketing worth doing?

I am 32 with a poor work history. I am currently unemployed, and on disability benefits. I am really starting to worry about retirement. The state pension imis really low. I need to come up with some other way to have more money when I retire. I also would like to be able to drive and go on holiday.

I am going to get a part time job in retail to start off with. Then get a full time job as a care assiistant or in an admin role. Then I would like to go on and study something.
