Missing sections within prints

Fix My Print

My Bambu Labs P1p has recently started just missing out entire sections of prints.

Everything looks god, then it will miss out several lines\rows, and be OK again for a while, then miss out some more.

The problem started out small and is getting worse each time.

The top picture shows it getting worse with time. This is the exact same file printed 4 times. It starts out missing some parts, and then just becomes a total mess.

In the red pieces the surface is printing perfectly, but the underlying structure is missing lines\rows so there is nothing for the top layers to adhere to.

The gray piece is where it's effecting almost the entire print.

The second picture shows what my print looks like half way through. Notice the bits where filament either hasn't adhered properly or hasn't ben extruded properly.

I'm using a Vanilla P1P, bambu Matte filament, and AMS2, with 0.16 layer heights and a 0.4mm nozzle. I've previously printed this piece with no problems at all. It came out perfectly.

I'm using all of the default retraction and temperature settings, etc for the 0.16mm print profile. Other than the flow calibration which was 0 each time, it's vanilla Bambu Studio

Since this problem started I recalibrated the printer, re-did the flow calibration, did a heat purge on the nozzle, removed the sock from the nozzle and manually cleaned it, ran a couple of feet of PLA through at 220 to flush everything out, cleaned the gears, cleaned the bed, and cleaned the rails.

Any clues?

My printer was behaving perfectly until this started.

I don't have a spare nozzle to change to see if that is the issue.
