[Acne] How can you prevent acne from sweating?

Hii! I live in Florida and right now we are getting back to our hot and humid climate and my boyfriend has been struggling with his acne and he thinks it happening because of him sweating during the day. We are both college students and the a lot of his day is spent outside walking from building to building for each class and he says he doesn’t have a chance to stop and wash his face constantly and its causing a lot of breakouts. He is from an area that has less humidity and cooler temperatures and his body is not built for the weather here so he is worried about it getting worse as we get into summer.

Is there a product he can take with him thats ok to use throughout the day? I have seen one post that said hypochlorous acid spray can work but wasn’t sure if there was something better?
