Opinions on NMN vs NR for energy and aging hype, any real difference?

Every time NMN and NR come up, the conversation somehow turns into a mix of science talk, anti-aging hope, and people trying to figure out whether they are paying for real benefits or just a cleaner-looking version of optimism. From the outside, both seem to get framed as the smart longevity options for energy and aging support, but I still cannot tell whether regular users actually notice much difference between them.

I know some people are interested in the mechanism and others only care about what they feel day to day. I am more in the second group. Did either one make energy, recovery, focus, or general well-being feel noticeably different for you, or did it mostly stay in the “sounds promising” category? Curious if people who tried both ended up preferring one, or if the real answer is that the hype around NMN vs NR is doing more work than the lived results.
