[TOMT][MOVIE] Middle Eastern/South Asian 2000s-2010s

Im having trouble remembering a movie name. Its been years so I might have some details missing or wrong. I was in history class watching this, so 2013-2017, but the movie might have came out before those years.

Basically, its two points of views that at the start seem to be within the same timeline at first. I believe it starts in India but I could be wrong. Its the mans perspective (Maybe Father?) and then the young women (Maybe daughter?). I dont remember the mans occupation, if he was a political figure or business guru but in the beginning a car nearby detonates where he is having a meeting outside a restaurant I believe, assuming it was used to assassinate him. When the man returns home, he notices the young women missing from home (this is where I think she might be the daughter). He goes around trying to find her and with the car explosion, is worried she might be targeted. I cant remember if he recruits help or not, but throughout the movie it switches between the man and the young womens perspective. While the man searches for the young women, in the womens perspective she is chasing around another man, presumably her boyfriend? I cant remember why she grew suspicious of him but eventually things get more interesting. Towards the end of the movie it now parallels the scene where the man is going upstairs the house and then running down, which he then ends up in an alleyway. Same with the womens perspective, and shes looking for someone too.

Eventually, she opens the door/gate that leads to the busy street from the beginning of the movie where she finds the boyfriend in a car. She interrogates him trying to get answers. He reveals a bomb strapped to his chest, which obviously blows up because she tries to stop him. Then, it cuts back to the first mans perspective, going through the alleyway, opening the door/gate. Looking out at the busy street where he looks at the restaurant across. He starts to realize what happened, which she was in the car that almost killed him.

Hopefully this helps, like I said in the beginning I could have the relationships between the characters wrong or missing important details. My friends suggested it could be "Vantage Point" or an indian film "Vishwaroopam" but neither have the car detonation which I vividly remember strongly. It could also be in another language other than english but, again, I cant remember. Thank you guys for any help on this!
